Amazing Lagree class tonight! All about muscle endurance, slow movements, while wearing anti-grip socks 💪👊🫶🧦
We DJs benefit a lot from this fitness program to strengthen core, legs, and glutes, we so desperately need to lift, pull, and push our gear!
I finally did it. Last night I stepped out of my comfort zone and into the “unknown”.
When it was time to welcome all guests and introduce the Bride & Groom for the reception, instead of opening up my microphone and speaking to my audience from behind my DJ station, I walked onto the ballroom floor and started speaking as a host would when welcoming his guests to the party. I looked everyone straight in the eye and received smiles and a warm welcome. I immediately felt the connection to everyone in the room. After all these years, stuck with a habit, it felt so FREE and enlightening to try something new.
For me, it’s a total game changer. I took a huge step in a direction that I thought I never could.
I feel so inspired to have tried something new. I know that a lot of my industry mates have been doing this their entire career. Hats off to you, brothers and sisters.
I just joined your club 🤩✌️
Immediately after I started the recessional song I sprinted and positioned myself right behind the photographer as the Bride & Groom were exiting the ceremony.
The perfect shot right ?!!! 📸
Then I took the file and imported it into a flash drive and hooked it up to my TV set on my djay station. This was a last-minute thing and I didn’t have much time to format and stretch the picture to perfectly fit on my 43” before the doors opened for the reception. However, it was a big hit and Mr. & Mrs. were super impressed.
Afterwards, I did some research and figured out that with a couple of apps like ‘InShot’ and ‘CapCut’ I will be able to change the ratio to fit the screen to perfection 😉
