“Nöthin’ But A Good Time: The Uncensored Story of ‘80s Hair Metal” will be out in September on Paramount+. I story produced this doc under the tutelage of the ever amazing @laughlin.welsh for the ever gross @gorillaflicks (pictured at the end of my boxing glove in the first slide).
I had an absolute blast working on this project. The story board was my home, even though it had a giant BAWLS sticker on it (“bawls!!”). Special thanks to Welsh & @bettonred for being awesome ladies to work for.
When I was little, I thought Motley Crüe were women and I cried when I figured out they weren’t. Turns out those ladies were loud men, and I still love’em for it.
Look out for this one, psyched to see it release. ❤️

Working on prelim for Megalopolis during the summer of 2021 has been one of the most important, and memorable, experiences of my life. Each morning we received a revised script which became our newspaper. We did it all, from traditional table reads to full-length performances. One day we even made ourselves up as clowns and proceeded through our daily work. I learned a lot.
That summer is all thanks to Francis and the wonderful crew, and that playful sandbox on Stage 22. Big congratulations to @francisfordcoppola on the premier of @megalopolisfilm at @festivaldecannes
Was an honor to be a guest on Episode 51 of Pete O’Hanlon’s podcast “Higher Fidelity.” We had five segments: Sonic Seconds (your favorite 2-3 seconds of a song); Second Best (favorite second line of a song, or in my case, favorite third!); Guilty Hatreds (bands you should like, but don’t); Pete’s Patent Pending (oh god, a load of puns for products, like “The Clapp Trap”! potentially my new podcast); and then Have I Got Tunes for You (a great album to recommend for everyone).
Pete, Sloane, Felix, and I talked for a good while about all this and threw in some dirty Motley Crue puns for all y’all with your heads in the gutter out there ❤️
Thanks for having me on @peteohanl0n
