We are, each of us, the director of our own story. Imagine someone telling you that you can’t write certain scenes in your movie. That’s just them trying to scribble on your script. But you’re the one with the pen, the one crafting the story. Don’t let anyone grab that pen from your hand. You’re the author of your journey, the architect of your dreams (Inception reference for all my movie lovers). Let their doubts find a welcoming home in your hearts and in your heads where it will serve as a reservoir of fuel when fatigue attempts to plague you. Dare to be like me. Throwback Thursday to that time I found myself on a Times Square Billboard. It was pretty recent, but decided I need to celebrate my accomplishments while on the journey and not just once I get to the end. Just wanted to give a little more info as some of you were asking! 👀👀Another question I received that I didn’t address on the video is can you catch it from surfaces since it’s fungal, although there aren’t any cases of this I would say it’s better to play it paranoid and assume yes if you’re sharing towels or garments with others. I know the photos shared in the last post are mainly on the face, that’s just because I chose not to share photos of genitalia but, YES, it effects those areas and if you research the studies you can easily find them. AND although I humorously said “strap up!” At the end of the last video, understand that this can spread vastly around the groin area in places condoms don’t protect so know that barrier protection is unlikely to be helpful in these cases. The true moral of the story is to have safe practices in your sexual health 😁😁

#warts are caused by a virus. They can be stubborn to treat and are contagious. They do go away by themselves eventually but on average this can take years. If you have them, don’t pick! Picking increases risk of spread! Many over the counter treatments exist that contain salicylic acid but if that doesn’t work, see a #dermatologist or #dermatology provider!
