So beyond to grateful to have received the Encouragement award yesterday for intermediate student choreography scholarships!! 🫶🏼 We started with a class with the amazing @monique_mangano and then I was so grateful to progress from the class to semi finals where I performed my lyrical own chorey. I then was so shocked to have been chosen to compete in the finals. In the finals we performed a piece to the judges choice music, which we were given two weeks ago. The style of this music was definitely not my strongest genre, but I tried really hard and was blown away to have received the encouragement award/third x 🩷 So thankful to have received as my prize, a Light the Way Dance Convention book and a 50 dollar Comdance workshop voucher 🫶🏼 Thank you @sjbakkartist and @monique_mangano for your amazing adjudication. Ipswich Junior Eisteddfod Champs day x Wow, what a day!! So grateful to have come Second for Intermediate Classical Championships (I performed my old @dpgerrard_11 ballet solo and my @dpgerrard_11 demi character) in such a tough section x And Very Highly Commended for Intermediate Jazz Championships (I performed my @missjessdance_ contemporary, my @emersons_teaching Jazz and am improv).
