Growing up, I heard stories of the Lady of the Lake. She’s said to watch over this place, appearing in a full gown on still days. This is my 25th summer at Dale Hollow and I can’t begin to describe how special this place is, so I wanted to show you instead. Here is my completed Victorian gown—taking it for a spin on “Diver’s Rock”. 💙 Not pictured is my entire family who helped me on this silly expedition!!

Kate Bollinger’s “To Your Own Devices” premiered this week! This was seriously such a special project to be part of. @keetiebee ’s dream came to life in such a magical way, thanks to everyone’s hard work and shared vision. ~Giggling uncontrollably while trying to stay frozen between stop-motion shots
~Playing tomato-badminton with @evegrieve (who has impeccable aim)
~Clowning around with Kate and Eve as per usual, finding excuses to eat all the props
~@clear_image egging us on and being a wizard of film and director of chemistry 🪿

With great tenderness, @essentialforever_ ‘s song “Duchess Ariadne” debuts today. It is always a pleasure to sing and dance by Al’s side and this video feels like a treasure. 🪞💛

Made from a pair of thrifted silk curtains, featuring shards of silk velvet. Inspired by silhouettes of the 1890’s and works by our favorite couturiers: Charles Frederick Worth, Charles James, and Vivienne Westwood. This was SUCH an inspiring and challenging project for me, pulling from many eras and moments across fashion history.
Abby is a true muse and visionary, and I’m so grateful for her vision and trust. 🖤 She’s a literal treasure and a fast friend 🥹

Who knew you could still attend a ball in 2023? @chihistoricalcostuming hosted the most magical evening of my life! Everyone was dressed to the nines and I met so many new lovely people. It was truly the stuff of dreams! I can’t wait to show you more about the gowns I created for this event, stay tuned. 🥰💌
