A serve that stands the test of time… Get into the spirit of Juneteenth this #FreedomWeek with @missadib ’s Equiano serve, suitably named, The Freedom Breeze.
Take 1.5oz (50ml) Equiano Original, 0.5oz (15ml) Amaro, 1.5oz (50 ml) Pineapple Juice, 0.75oz (25ml) Oat Milk, 2 dashes angostura, 0.25oz (7ml) Honey syrup
Add the ingredients into a shaker tin, minus bitters. Shake and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Add 2 drops of Angostura Bitters over the cocktail, zest with lemon peel and add a dried oat sprig garnish.
