As a little treat to myself for hitting this milestone, I invested in my first class with an artist I have always admired, @nickyposley . ⠀

Thanks to @desireefalconmakeup a group of 12 artists were able to have an in person workshop where we learned, in depth, how to create a gorgeous, multidimensional complexion on richer skin tones. ⠀

After the class, we were able to put our skills to the test and create a look with a model. It was such a special experience! Nicky told me that the look I created could be on the cover of @essence and I just about died lol⠀

I’m over 1/2 through this pregnancy and most days I still can’t believe that I’m going to be a mom. As someone who was told that I probably wouldn’t be able to have children, this whole pregnancy has been the sweetest and most surreal experience of my life. I giggle every time I feel the baby kick & feel so blessed to be able to bring life into this world. Simply put, I cannot wait for baby boy to arrive this September & be the mama God meant for me to be 💙
