What would happen if you decided to NOT let your emotions control your actions? 😫TRUST ME this is still an ongoing process! Putting music on genuinely helps as I’m getting read as well as a long shower, it allows me to not over think as much. I also had to take a couple of deep breaths, and think about the good time I will have if I push- and that I did! I think it’s great to respect your boundaries and stay home if needed, but sometimes we need to assess what’s really going on, and if it’s something that requires a bit more effort. 👏🏾 It also helps when I remember the great memories I get to create from getting out of my head! Life moves fast, don’t forget to live ❤️

Decided to have a cute solo coffee date, and was so excited that I tried @casadeflorabar located in New Jersey! Definitely check them out if you are near. The decor is soooooooo great coffee and food, beautiful luxury flower arrangements, brunch, private classes; trust me you won’t be disappointed! Scent for the day: @bathandbodyworks covered in roses! One of my favs! Very fitting for the location! 🌺Exquisitely Approved!🌺

✨If y’all only KNEW the amount of content stored on my phone and drafts! Before it gets too hot, y’all are just going to get the content that has been hiding. Also, I need to clear up storage on my phone 😂 ✨My girl and fashion icon @iamtonyaholmes told me to start having fun with it again, and not watch the numbers. Just like anything we do, we want our work to be recognized, and want to grow ORGANICALLY. So there is so much thought before I post ANYTHING including my stories! I truly want anyone who views my content to get some type of value, even when being silly. ✨Being a creative is HARD! You have all these ideas, take time to edit, change fonts, add music, captions, PURPOSE, and it may not receive what you expect right away. It will be at the most random time and video that goes through the roof! 😮 ✨Learning daily to be patient because, you never know who is watching. Also, I have been meeting some amazing people and I can’t wait to share the content about those interactions. No matter what I try to do, the ideas truly comes naturally and needs a space to be seen, I feel like this about your gifts too. Are we realllllyyyyyy giving our gifts some love? 🤔 ✨I have so many notebooks, notes on my phone, post its, and voice memos of things that I want to do or put together. Giving your ideas the red carpet experience is providing a space for your true self to flourish and shine evennnnnnn when we feel low 😫 ✨Give yourself time to get back to you, and when you do, roll it out luxuriously to give yourself a fair shot. That’s all I want to do. It’s a jouuuuuurrrrrneyyyyyy but your girl is trying- the goal is to make myself proud and you too 🥹
