some love it, others hate it ⬇️🤍 if you want to attend a race in general admission, you have to adjust your expectations! 🏁 🤍 General Admission is usually the cheapest ticket at the track and gives you access to the circuit but no grandstands 🙅🏻‍♀️ so take a chair and get comfortable because you'll have to save your seat! 🩶 GA is definitely not the most flexible and elegant way to watch a race, but depending on the track you get great views and an amazing experience for little money 💰 also General Admission is where the fan atmosphere is best 🫡 here are 3 things to keep in mind when doing general admission: 🩵 choose a good track - some tracks are very flat and don't offer good vantage points! 5 fun things besides the F1 race? 🤍🏁 👉 let me know your favourite! pitlane walk many Grand Prixs offer pitlane walks as a way to bring fans closer to the action. these usually take place on thursdays and are either free of charge or cost a little money💰 f2 and f3 sessions I really enjoyed watching those series live because the cars sound incredible and there is so much racing! But if you want to wander around the track and get different views, the F2 and F3 sessions are the best time 🏎️🏁 driver interviews these are held on friday and saturday morning in the fanzone. the first row usually fills as soon as the gates open, so be prepared to arrive early if you want an autograph or a pic 🥰 concerts and shows unfortunately I didn't have the time to attend the concerts after the races, but now I regret not going! the grand prixs have so many cool artists, it is the perfect way to end a race day💃🏻 track walk/invasion some tracks allow the fans to enter the track after the race. even if you don't make it to the podium, it is a highlight just to be on track, take pics, collect some gravel and take a walk 🤍 #f1fan #f1race #formula1 #f1track #spanishgp #austriangp

save this so you can steal my secret to choosing tickets and grandstand for a race 🤍🏁 when you buy a ticket, it's not only about the price, ask yourself these questions to decide what ticket to get 💻 what do you want to see during the race? high speed areas 🏎️💨 👉 go for longer straights or DRS zones - if you are at the beginning of a straight you see the back of the cars and hear them speed up - if you are at the end of a straight you can see the cars coming towards you and the breaking before the corners areas for taking pictures 📸 👉 go for slower track parts - with long or slow corners you can see the cars the longest - also check out how good the view is and if there could be obstructions like fences or trees areas with high chance of overtaking 🫡 👉 go for DRS zones or special corners - the end of DRS zones are where most overtakes happen, so this is a safe bet - you can also look up beforehand in what corners/track parts the most overtakes happen and choose based on that info but don't forget to decide wisely on the following points: 🩵 do you want a grandstand with or without a roof? - if the race track is known for fast change of weather, a grandstand with a roof might be a good option... or you bring a poncho and enough sunscreen! 💙 do you want to be close to the fanzone? - race tracks are huge, so if you plan to see all drivers interviews without missing too much track action, choose a grandstand closer to the fanzone 💜 how much do you want to spend? - grandstands can differ in prices, but general admission is usually the cheapest option 🩷 if you choose general admission, remember: at some tracks GA offers you great views, but at some you get the worst and end up with no screen (check out the views and possibilities beforehand) for more tips feel free to comment your questions 🤍🏁 #f1fans #f1race #canadiangp #spanishgp #f1memes #f1news #f1travel #f1tickets
