Leaning into the joy of the simple things. ⁠ ⁠ I had a month to nest in DC in my new place. I went home and saw my fam and lounged on the beach. And now I’m headed back into the fray, back to a very very busy second half of 2024. ⁠ ⁠ I’m glad to be busy, thankful to be in the midst of a season where I can see my goal at the end of it. Where I can see rebuilding my finances back to pre life falling apart, pre moves, pre all the shit. ⁠ ⁠ But when I’m in the midst of busy season, feeling overwhelmed and like it’s all too much, I’ll remember sitting eating cheese puffs on the beach while my nephew covers himself with sand.
