I know the importance of honoring the mothers that we lost or never had, the mothers who have lost, the aunties, sisters and people that expand their hearts to become a support system and open arms. My love for this art medium has been deeply interwoven with flower farming since it’s inception. I realized just how tangled it was in my heart last year when I had no land to tend and I longed for that connection between dirt and magic with every fiber of my being ✨
I asked the universe for some direction and trusted that I would be called back to this work again one day.
Last month my call was answered and it still doesn’t feel real. I have a really special parcel of shared land that feels like a newborn. So fresh, full of potential. Bare for now yet teeming with opportunities 🌱
I can not express how much it means to me to get to share the fruits of this land with you. On your most special days. Fostering beauty from seed, sharing weather patterns, cultivating magic ❤️🔥
