​❤️​ to “ My little tennis superstar!! She just won sectionals and is headed to nationals!! Go Cory! 🎉💕 ”  Cory Medeiros (15) has been coming to FiT for almost a year now to supplement her tennis training and competition schedule. In that time, she has put in a ton of work to increase her strength, endurance, coordination, and power for her sport, and learn so much about her body in the process. She was already an impressive athlete before finding us here at FiT and we were able to support her game enough for her to win the Sectionals tournament and she’s now moving on to Nationals, the very same Sectionals won by the Williams sisters when they were in high school. Cory is one of my most dedicated and curious clients, she shows up with a great attitude (almost) every session, and genuinely loves improving herself each time she steps into the gym. What drew me to FiT was their emphasis on continued education, their holistic approach, and above all the community. My love of health and fitness stems from the benefits and opportunities that come from feeling good and moving well. I believe that a community’s health and prosperity are interconnected with the well-being of its residents, and FiT has been serving this purpose for almost 25 years. I feel honored to be a part of that. In addition to working with my amazing clients here, I have organized various annual events, assisted in marketing efforts, and now hold the role of Fitness Manager.
