Been almost a decade since these legends have been in the same room together; and not a single ball dropped. It’s been an honor to know these boys and experienced some of the greatest and memorable moments in my life with them.

I just want to take a moment, to breathe, accept, and understand that I’m surrounded by the same love this woman gave me and everyone around her, her entire life. Everyone finds solace in “being blessed” or “surrounded by love”. My grandmother dealt with shit her whole, entire life, while dealing with depression, dementia, and schizophrenia. She still found a way to love, care, and treat every kid on the block as her own. Always smiling, cooking, and loving.
I pray I have the ability to be as strong as this woman who carried myself, my mom, and the rest of the family on her back while dealing with her own mental issues.
You are my sunshine, my only sunshine. Rest In Peace queen. Thank you for loving us.
