I have never been an endurance athlete, I never ever considered myself an athlete but I always thought of myself simply as a coach!
Now it’s different, racing for Ironman 70.3 changed my perspective and shifted my daily routine to an athlete’s mindset routine!
That makes a huge difference! 🚀
Because if you consider yourself as an athlete, no matter how old you are, you are going to have discipline, extreme care of your body, never give up mindset and the desire of improving yourself everyday.
