Let me tell y’all how a year and a half ago, the girl on the left made the life changing decision to join
@evolbodywellness and endure an amazing weight loss journey. Trust me, it was NOT an easy journey either. The diet, the image, the workouts, the mental breakdowns, consistency, determination…it was sooo challenging to overcome. But I am so blessed to have my trainer
@coachmariejobarteh push me every single day to make sure I am better than the person I was yesterday. Even on my rebellious days 😅 she has never given up on me 🤎 hehe sorry.
NOW LOOK AT ME! 35 lbs down and counting! I am so proud of myself because look at the girl on the right y’all 😩 look at the girl I’ve become! My slim thick dreams are coming to life! It doesn’t stop here though! Got some more work to do. Can’t wait to get this work in this year and further this transformation 💪🏾🏋🏾♀️ stay tuned for more 🤗
