Not sure if the fish eye lens makes me look like I could rattle off a few interesting facts about trains or just makes the ol’ mitts that much more enormous than they already are, but what I am sure of is that it makes the tomato sauce map of Australia a little out of proportion- and crushes my dreams of ever becoming a cartographer. Either way, come get stuck into some classic Aussie bakery items and listen to some unsolicited drivel about what constitutes a steak- can a steak still be a steak if diced up and slow cooked?

IDIOT IN CARS GETTING BEER I got to roll up the sleeves with @joelalderdice after wetting my whistle at @cavanaghswhiskyalehouse and get stuck into some mass production and prep for a mammoth seating of four that night. A truly special place with some special players, thanks for having us @emeraldcity.healesville If you need me to rewrite that Italian meringue recipe just let me know
