Part 2: The Service
Our team flawlessly executed a synchronized dinner service that was carefully choreographed and rehearsed. We delivered to the guests three beautifully curated courses and bar services that included wines, smoked old fashioneds and bubble smoked French 75s.
First Course: Honey Roasted Pear Salad
Baby Field Greens, Frisee, Blackberries, Honey Roasted Pear, Goat Cheese, Fig Vinaigrette Paired with Rosemary, Olive, and Tomato Focaccia Muffins
Second Course: Beef Tenderloin Filet & Braised Pork Belly with Smoked Bourbon Pepper Demi-glace paired with Sautéed Broccolini and Potato Pave
Third Course: Blue Cheese Cheesecake with Poached Pear, Fig Anglaise and Chocolate Hazelnut Tuille

Part 1: The Event
We were honored to be a part of Ferrari x Canossa Events for the 2024 Cavalcade International. After four long days of events around Nashville, guests were wined and dined at a beautiful private barn in Franklin, TN. With stunning views of rolling hills and Clydesdale horses, the guests were greeted with Veuve Clicquot champagne and hors d’Oeuvres upon arrival. They were then invited upstairs into the barn for an intimate candlelight dinner.
