✅ Tiramisu Protein Custard by

✅ splash of milk of choice
✅ sweetener of choice- I used sugar free maple syrup
✅ 1 serve of your favourite yogurt- i used light Greek yogurt (150g)
✅ sprinkle of cocoa powder
For alternative to tiramisu protein custard:
✅ instead of milk, use coffee to soften the weetbix
✅ add whichever protein powder you have to the yogurt (vanilla prob works best)
✅ you could also add more coffee to the yogurt mixture, esp if your yogurt is quite thick
- using a custard or a casein gives you a much thicker filling esp when you meal prep it and it sits in the fridge.. to die for!!
