Finally was able to compete in my first powerlifting meet today and place 1st in 275 teen wc🦍Wanna thank everyone for the support throughout these months especially to my coach @nick_riceee_ for helping me through my first prep and hit new PRS! 295 (3x1) moving well,clips 2 & 3 are longer paused as 3rd clip i was a little uneven regardless moving well 275x1 was 1st set and moved quick Bumping weight up next week then that concludes the heavy block of prep and follows into priotizing recovery before meet day
