A fresh virgin rhubarb sour to all summer festivities💕

What you need🌸
Ice
10cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
8cl rhubarb syrup
4cl monin almond syrup
Tonic water
Decor (cocktail cherries, sugar, rose petals)
Rhubarb syrup🌸
5 red rhubarbs
2dl sugar
2dl water
Cut the red part of the rhubarb into pieces and simmer in a saucepan with sugar and water for 10 minutes. Strain and pour the syrup into a bottle.
Mix the drink🌸
In a shaker, pour in rhubarb and almond syrup, lemon juice and ice. Shake until it’s really cold, pour into glasses filled with ice, top with tonic water - preferably rhubarb flavored.
