🚨I would, however, ask questions to better understand why my clients' offer was not accepted and evaluate whether those reasons could help improve future offers.
Here are just a few of the key questions I'd ask.
1. What was the main reason their offer was not accepted?
2. Were there any specific terms or conditions in our offer that the seller found unfavorable?
3. How did our offer compare to the accepted offer in terms of price and contingencies?
I know how disappointing it is to not get an accepted offer. However, it's still my job to further investigate and not get caught up in my feelings.
It's my fiduciary duty to act in my client's best interest, ensuring I remain neutral and not emotional. This way, I can provide the best possible service and help my clients achieve their goals.
Who knows, the accepted offer might fall through, and with the key information I gather, I can craft a stronger offer next time.
In real estate, it's crucial to constantly evolve, think creatively, and explore every opportunity.
