Heading to Miami to celebrate some of my favorite people, here are some of the outfits I packed 😊 Does anyone else try on their outfits while packing or do you just throw clothes in a bag and hope for the best?!

Am I the only one who hates the taste of water by itself? I got this Stanley to encourage me to drink water and where it definitely makes it easier, it definitely didn’t fix the taste. Here’s what I do to boost hydration and get a minimum of 40oz of water per day (my goal is 62oz). I use a water filter to that filters out fluoride, heavy metals, pfas and other toxins which can cause so many issues. To add minerals back into my water I add a pinch of mineral salt which increases hydration and trace minerals in the body, lemon and a super clean creatine because I married a gym bro and it’s good for you 🤭 Also I know my tulips are dead but I’m savoring every last flower!!

About 15 minutes from our little coastal town, my mom and I found the most beautiful little hidden beaches while on our hike. I’m stunned by how insanely beautiful the state of California is and it’s been so fun to explore.
