A safety plan is a tool to help people stay safe from suicidal feelings and urges.❤️ When we are struggling to cope, our mind closes down on creativity and our problem-solving skills become much more limited. The main idea is that you make the safety plan when you’re feeling okay and that it includes things that have helped you in the past.
