studies of light and concrete without the sun, there’s no life here. but now, the streets change. i devote my eyes to the beauty of shadows, to the infinite lines, shaped by the sun. to the passing people, falling in and out of the blue-tinted penumbras. smiles arise this time of year, faces change. these times i cherish the most in this country. i need the contrasts. i need highs and lows. rays and silhouettes. and every moment in April feels like a revelation

The Sea Flows Within Us is a documentary short film about our relationship with the sea, studied together with marine researchers from @seiliutu at Seili island. "Why should our bodies end at the skin, or include at best other beings encapsulated by skin?" -Donna J. Haraway The film is in its production phase and will be out in 2024.
