パーソナルジムいってきた！！
運動音痴な私でも
達成感得られるメニュー組んでもらった🙌
普段、ちっちゃいジムでマシン使って
鍛えたりはちょこちょこ始めてはいたんだけど
自分でやるトレーニングとは
筋肉使ってます感全然違ってびっくり⚡️
自己流じゃなくて教えてもらいながら
トレーニングするの大事なんだなあと
痛感した私です🥹
パーソナル以外でも24時間やってたり
女性専用ルーム完備されてたり（めっちゃうるさい喘ぎ声出しながら筋トレする人ちょいちょいジムにいて、
面白すぎて気が散ったりするから割とここ重要🤨笑）
会員はヨガも無料らしいから、
撮影とか用事終わりにぷらっといけるのありがたい🥹

Even though I'm not an athletic person
I'm not an athletic person, but I can get a sense of accomplishment from the menu 🙌!
I've been working out at a tiny gym for a while now.
I've started to work out a little bit, but it's not the same as working out by myself.
but I was amazed at how different it felt to work out on my own.
I was surprised to see the difference in the way I feel like I'm using my muscles. ⚡️
I think it's important to train with someone who can teach you.
I realized how important it is to train while being taught, not self-initiated.

I was also able to learn how to train while being taught.
I put my current belly on the second picture.
I had to put a lot of effort on my stomach to get the vertical lines of my abdominal muscles to appear.
I'd like to make a vertical line by default,
I also want a little more volume in my butt.
I'll try my best to keep it up.
