But if you wait, you may never have a chance. DO IT ANYWAYS. Months ago @elm_school_of_real_estate aka Dr Ericka McNight and I sat down over coffee and chats about what’s next. The idea has always been in the back of my mind to start a magazine having zero ideas about how to even create something like this. So after about 13 secs of thinking about it, #thecollaborativeconnection idea came to me. Vendor partners, real estate agents and everyone in between now has a place. That place is for showing the community we serve who we are and how we are making our community better. For that inspiration Dr Ericka, I certainly appreciate it. Here goes quarter 2.
