Gymnastics was the center of my life for twenty years and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. I am thankful for my family that stood by me and for every coach that guided me along my journey. I’ll always be grateful for everyone who supported me and for the teammates I got to experience this special sport with.
I am proud of the little girl who wanted to be powerful and wanted to fly. I am proud of the gymnast and person that I grew into. Through all the highs and lows, I didn’t give up and I never lost my passion and determination. I’ve learned so much about myself and life because of gymnastics. This sport will always hold a special place in my heart.
Not everyone can say that they achieved their childhood dreams. I will always feel honored that I got to live out mine of being a Gator Gymnast. It truly was everything I hoped it would be (and so much more). Thank you Gator Nation for five incredible years. This was a good chapter, one I will always revisit with joy.
