I’ve been so moved to have Peter’s support in this campaign. Peter and his family suffered at the hands of the Taliban and I was so glad to be able to introduce him to our brilliant next Foreign Secretary David Lammy

It was great to meet Amy at St Giles Nursery earlier. Early years provision is vital for ensuring children get the best possible start in life. Amy and her team are doing a fantastic job.

I had a meeting earlier today with investors from Scampton Holdings. The £300 million investment will bring much needed jobs to the area. Only Labour are committed to closing down the Home Office plan to get the investment back on track. Vote Labour on July 4th.

It was great to welcome David Miliband to Lincoln this morning. We spent a couple of hours talking to people and listening to their concerns. Overwhelmingly people want change.

Great to hear from brilliant local businesses like Lindum Books about the challenges facing businesses on the Bail and across the city. Lindum and the new @lark_books_ are two great indy bookshops in the city at both ends of the hill- do check them out.
