Noa, the joy and fulfillment you bring to my life is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. God knew exactly what he was doing when he made me your Mama. To think back on the majority of my life when I thought I didn’t want children makes me weep for the Heather who almost never became what God so intentionally designed her to be. I am better because you are here. I am blessed every morning I see your face. And I am honored that God entrusted me with the raising of such a precious soul. How my heart has not exploded yet is a mystery I ponder every day.

My whole life I have been obsessed with a crowd singing the words back at me. As a songwriter, I used to think this was about the words I’d write resonating with a large group of people. But as time went by and I began to fall in love with Jesus, I realized that my satisfaction from this is fully realized when it stems from a crowd being united in him. It has nothing to do with who wrote the words. Leading thousands of people in the musical expression of their love and gratitude for God is such a humbling honor. The sound moves my soul and feeds my spirit. Blessed I am, thank you for letting me lead you in worship Revelation Church, and thank you God for choosing me to.
