#ad I’ve partnered with H-E-B to celebrate Juneteenth with my Sweet & Spicy Curry Ribs along with Black-owned products that you can find at H-E-B!
To make the Sweet & Spicy Curry BBQ Sauce to a pan add the drippings from the ribs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning from the dry rub and more brown sugar if you want it a little sweeter.

Y’all are going to LOVE this dessert for your next dinner party 😍
Recipe below:
3 cups Heavy whipping cream
2 Vanilla bean
1 tsp Kosher salt
2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
10 Large eggs, whites only, separated
1/2 tsp Distilled white vinegar
1 cup Pure cane sugar
In a large bowl, beat heavy cream, vanilla beans, and salt with a whisk (or hand mixer) until stiff peaks form. Place bowl in refrigerator to chill before moving on.
Set up a double boiler by filling a small sauce pot with 2 cups of water and place a metal bowl on top (that will fit the pot but won’t touch the water). Heat over medium-low. Water should never go past a gentle simmer. Melt chocolate chips in bowl. Once fully melted and smooth remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. *(Be careful not to get any liquid in the chocolate or it will seize up).
In another bowl, using a hand or stand mixer (preferred), whisk egg whites and vinegar until soft peaks form. Continue to whisk as you add sugar in a slow stream until incorporated. Continue whisking until stiff peaks form.
In a very slow stream, add melted (warm, not hot) chocolate to whipped egg whites on low speed until all chocolate is incorporated.
Fold the chocolate-egg mixture into the whipped cream until smooth and well mixed. *(Be sure to fold gently so mousse stays light and airy).
Pour in serving cups and refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with fresh fruit or shaved white or dark chocolate, if desired.

Here is an easy Bundt cake recipe to share with your guest at your next dinner party!
Recipe below⬇️ :
1 lb. Caster sugar, or extra fine granulated sugar
5 Large eggs
1 lb Cake flour, sifted if possible
1/4 cup Half & half
1 tbsp Pound cake extract
1 tbsp Vanilla bean paste
1 tsp Fine sea salt
2 tsp Baking powder
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients into a stand mixer with paddle attachment. Start mixer on low speed to allow ingredients to just incorporate, then turn mixer up to medium high speed and allow to mix for exactly 2 minutes.
Scrape down sides of bowl as needed to make sure all ingredients are well incorporated. Batter should be thick, and fluffy like a buttercream.
Split batter between two standard loaf pans or one Bundt pan sprayed liberally with non-stick spray.
Bake for 25 minutes then rotate pans 180 degrees and bake an additional 20 minutes. Once 20 minutes has passed cover poundcake(s) loosely with foil and let cook an additional 10 minutes.
Cake(s) are done once a toothpick entered into center of each pulls out completely clean.
