“First, it is ridiculed.
Second, it is violently opposed.
Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.
I’ve spent the better part of a decade yelling into a megaphone provided by company after company, declaring kr🌿tom to be a product that transcends counter-culture. One that demands a placement in nutrition stores, supplement shops, and grocery chains.
In 2022, I concluded that the broken megaphones I’ve been loaned were not working, and decided to make one from the ground up, made with athletes and for athletes.
That megaphone became Uprising, and with it came raised eyebrows as much as it did laughter. The work continued, the hustle endured, and as there came cracks in the foundation of ridicule, my partner and I came across another brand aiming to do the same - their assets being that which we needed, and their impediments being that which we had.
And thus, MIT45 and Uprising joined forces, our megaphone meeting their stage… saying loud and to the fitness world:
“WE BELONG!”
We are ready and prepared for the opposition, it is an inevitability of the path we look to forge.
To those who wish to join us arm-in-arm, we say thank you, we value you, and your voice is as strong as anyone else in our field.
To those who wish to laugh, or oppose, we say look for us at the finish line… we’ll be the ones smiling ready to say “I told you so.””
