Ended up taking 1st in Wellness Open, 1st in Wellness Masters 35, 1st in Wellness 40 and Overall Wellness champion! 🥇🥇🥇🏆 I had an amazing time! 11w,3d out - regional 13w,3d out - Pro Qualifier I’m the type of person who always says “I don’t see myself the way other people see me”. Always want more, always want to improve, always doubt if it’s enough, but coach is there to assure me, we on good path. I would be lying if I say when I saw myself in the gym today, I didn’t feel proud. I could not believe my eyes. Building body takes time, consistency, sacrifice, patience, determination. The amount of years I been building this, I can’t even remember, usually I just guess the years. Would be lying if I say this video didn’t make me emotional, hence of this soppy post. All I want to say, don’t ever listen to outsiders, eat your food wherever and whenever. Let them judge you, let them want to have the determination like you do. I can say in the past two years I cut more people off my life than my hair at the hairdresser. But look how much it benefited me?!
