Did a little sampling of different rums from my bar for my brother who always generously shares samples of bourbons when I’m back home in Bismarck.

Made a very special batch of pecan “Orgeat” today for a family reunion next week. Looking forward to some interesting Mai Tais and other cocktail creations. I used Martin Cate’s recipe in Smugglers Cove and simply substituted the pecans for the almonds. #pecan #orgeat #smugglerscove #homemade
