Same person, different feelings about myself, my body‼️ ▪️ Yup it is true what they say that as you get older it is harder to lose weight ⬇️ ▪️ But I am here to tell you, as a 3️⃣9️⃣ years old (almost 4️⃣0️⃣🤣) it is hard but NOT IMPOSSIBLE‼️ It is DOABLE, all you need to do is learn the steps that need to be follow in order to lose the weight. ▪️ The 3️⃣ main reasons why it is hard to lose weight as you get older are: 1️⃣- All your bad eating habits that you had while you were younger are showing up in your “slow metabolism” in your “slowness” of losing weight. Let’s be real‼️ all the crap you ate had to show up at some point. I know it showed up for me 🫣 2️⃣-You are “less active” you move your body less… perhaps you like to be more of a “couch potato 🛋️” than you were when you were younger, so the fact that you are moving less, not working out as much as you should, all that plays a role in not losing as much weight and as fast as you want as you get older. 3️⃣- Last but definitely not least, for us women‼️ As we get older, our hormones, our bodies CHANGES‼️ But if you learn what types of foods to eat, the timing ⏰ of the day that you should eat certain foods (like carbohydrates🤤) which foods you should NEVER MIX together so it doesn’t affect your hormones and it doesn’t prevent you from losing weight, you will see results‼️ ▪️ I am proof that even at 3️⃣9️⃣ yrs old, after ALL the crap I ate 🍫🍔🍕during my younger years, even as I was less active and loved being a couch potato 🛋️ and after my hormones and slow metabolism affected me…I was able to achieved these results‼️ ▪️ The best thing was that I followed a simple plan, that was not overwhelming , with a coach that helped me step by step and now that’s exactly what I do with other women‼️ I helped them with ALL the simple plan with the knowledge and tips 📝 so they have results 💪🏽 and learn how to maintain them‼️ ▪️ If this is you 🫵🏽 comment below ⬇️ “I want more info”

I need to tell you🫵🏽 something. You can do this whole losing weight thing‼️ Even if you have quit so many times than you lost count. Even if you can’t seem to stay out of the pantry snacking and eating those meals you shouldn’t 🫣. Even if you barely have any time⏰to yourself. I was in your same position when I started my 2️⃣5️⃣ pounds weight loss journey. After years of feeling like a failure🥴, because I had started and quit so many times, I decided to try something else. I decided to believe in myself🙋🏽‍♀️ I daydream 💭 all the time about what it would be like when I lost the weight. The different clothes I would wear💕 I thought about how amazing, it would be to feel confident in my skin and how much better I would feel✨ Imagining the future me made me excited to start becoming her and creating the habits and lifestyle I wanted. Instead of thinking about how hard it will be and how you won’t be able to lose the weight, why don’t you make the shift and start building that belief because that belief in yourself will become your foundation for all your healthy habits. Not a flex but a testimony🙏🏽 When you have hit rock bottom ⬇️ the only way you have is to go up ⬆️~REMEMBER that ‼️ There was a period in my life, that my family and I found ourselves homeless💔🏡 after we were evicted from the place we were renting, because my parents lost their jobs. That period of my life was very painful and fearful but also just has been detrimental to my focus, my drive and my “never quit attitude” that has followed. Being homeless, living in your car and not having a roof🏡 over your head is an experience that I don’t even wish it upon my worst enemy. The instability and the shear fear 😱of sleeping in your car 🚘 with an open eye because you don’t know if someone will come and harm you and your family, because you don’t have a place to do your basics needs, you don’t have a roof to call home 🏡 is one of the worst things that can happen to a human being. I still remember how when that was happening I told myself “ I will make sure I am never in this position again, and for sure I will make sure that my kids are never in this position and have a better life than me” That single event in my life, has given me the drive to have big goals in life, but most importantly to work diligently and never quit on any goals that have been important for me‼️ I always have made sure that I do NOT live day by day or as life comes by, but instead have a vision of where I want to get and work on a daily basis to get there… I have big WHYs( BIG REASONS) that gives me the motivation to never derail me‼️ ▪️ Brand new homeowner 🏡 and this one hits differently, we got the keys to our new house , on the same day I arrived to this 🇺🇸country 2️⃣9️⃣ years ago. ▪️ Even though this new property🏡 is another one being added to my portfolio getting this property🏡 on the same day that my parents brought me to the United States🇺🇸 is a testament that the American dream🇺🇸 is still alive for those that are willing to dream, those that are willing to kick fear right in the face, those that are willing to fall and get back up ⬆️, those that do not want to be lazy, those that choose to believe 🙏🏽, and those that are willing to work hard for their dreams.
