My name is Alaina Barlock, Miss Teen International 2023!
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and a recent highschool graduate, it has been my mission to raise anti-bullying awareness with my platform @alainaspowerupproject . Throughout my reign I’ve dedicated myself to spreading the message that no matter what adversity we face in life, we have the power within ourselves to overcome it. I’ve been blessed enough to share this message as Miss Teen International to children and teens around the world. 🌍
Outside of my duties within pageantry, you can find me at the ice rink, playing pickle ball, and spending quality time with my family and friends. My passion for fashion and business has driven me to hopefully become business owner myself, as I will be pursuing a degree in business management throughout my time in college. 🧠

Countdown to the 👑 💜
How I met my Husband:
There wasn’t a fairytale meeting or anything grand.... There were two people, in the same small town, who just decided to give each other a chance. 🫶🏼
Every day, for 16 years, we have just chosen each other. We’ve chosen to be a team; chosen to put our girls first and walk hand in hand, side by side. We have been through job loss, family loss, post partum depression. We’ve been through adventure races, pageants, weddings, and two very different baby deliveries. I would choose him over and over again, no questions asked. ❤️ He is the most gracious, considerate dad and husband. God gave me the world when He gave me Shawn.
Mr. International, I choose you for always. 💜
