How strange…all day i wondered what this blurry image was on my daughters t-shirt, she said she thought it was something of mine. Tonight I folded it and looked closer to see what it could be. It was a little me, aged 6 or 7 maybe, gazing up adoringly at my father, waiting for a kiss, and his faded profile gazing down at me, so tenderly … the strangeness of the timing is that he left us today, only two tears ago ( pretty rewrite by my iPhone, “tears” ) two YEARS ago…2nd July…a mysterious sign, as I have no memory of ever seeing this t-shirt before…#peterbrook love ❤️ you

A novel experience, bringing together my two very different worlds of theatre and opera…the rigor and concentration of the music world meeting the freer world of actors and theatre, in a beautiful concert hall in Namur, Belgium.
