The Boston marathon is still a bit of a blur, but this post closest captures the feeling of my memories of running the
#128bostonmarathon . It might have been hot out, but I was feeling so focused I was not sure my feet hit the ground. I have proof of that here. What an amazing experience. I never expected at 49 to PR by 53min and 33sec, 3:58:05. Thanks to everyone out on the course handing out water and cheering, you made every mile perfect. Big love to
@abbeykusterprokell for the patience and support during this training block. You were out there at
#heartbreak cheering the loudest. A huge thank you to the best coach
@chrisheuisler and
@westin for getting me to the start line ready and confident. And
@hyperice for making great recovery devices that helped keep these old wheels from falling off the haole time. Big thanks to
@tracksmithrunning @baklinerunning @adidasrunning @saltstick @maurten_official @cieleathletics for making great gear and nutrition that worked great race day and everyday. I am just floating from all of this. Who knows what the next thing will be. Anything feels possible.
