Sometimes we need to take a step back and be grateful for all the blessings in our lives 🙏 Although times may be tough, there is always something to smile about. Next time you’re upset, try and focus your attention on all the positive things happening around you, big or small 🔥 This def helps me when things get a lil rough, because it’s scientifically proven that we cannot feel gratitude and fear at the same time ❤️🙏
Denying the flesh is one of the most important principles in life! 🙏 If we serve self and don’t have a heightened sense of awareness & how our fleshly desires will inherently corrupt us, we will end up in a very dark place.
