A much needed big thank you post incoming 🫶🏼 As y'all may know, this sport takes a whole team of support people to make it happen. Thank you to everyone who sends me supportive thoughts, encouragement & regularly checks in on me throughout prep ❤️ Thank you to @icn_sa for making the whole experience smooth & enjoyable. Kim was so great with communication in lead-up & I was always kept up-to-date with information & any questions I had promptly responded to 🙏 I've never felt so relaxed going into a show before! Thank you to all the front of house & backstage crew for making things run smoothly too. Thank you to the judging panel for your time & critique over the long show day. @monica_scardigno_beauty thank you for making me feel very special by getting looked after by yourself on show day 😍 I truly loved the look we brought this show🤗 The tans were all great too, and it was particularly a treat to be allowed to shower on show day morning before the top coat 😂 A shoutout must be made to @alycia_emma for helping me with a eyelash strip crisis - the darling literally was glueing my right lashes back on as I was about to walk on for the open class 😆 I really appreciate your act of kindness 🫶🏼 Thanku @thehumbleroom_ 💅 for my perfect show day claws & @mimandcohairlab for my super polished hair. I had many comments on the shine factor✨️ Thank you Kat & Ainsley the posing Queens 👑 Your support & expertise are invaluable to all of us, truly 💗 Thank you to the teens for their support over prep, ❤️ you darlings 😘 Thank you to my AMAZING sponsors at @supplement.mart y'all are simply the best & always look after me. I never go without any supp I need or want! I'm very proud to be a Supp Mart Athlete💚 To my best friend. The MOST loyal, thoughtful, encouraging & loving friend a girl could ask for, who has seen me at my worst & my best, @adrienne.andco you are my always girl ❤️ Very best 'til last of course 🤭 @richard_physiquecode AKA "The wise man" (IYKYK). You are the best for a reason my love. Thank you for pushing me & filling me with the country's supply of rice 🍚 I finally made it to the @physiquecode wall guys!!!! 🙌

Happy Wednesday 🌞 Allow me to reintroduce myself 👋 I'm 38. I have 2 teens (a 16 year old & an almost 18 year old). I live in Perth with my dreamboat @richard_physiquecode & we have a deaf cat (El Wintro) who runs the household. I've been in the fitness industry for 11 years now, running the same coaching business for that time. I found my passion for fitness a little later in life than most (I was 25 when I started my trainer certification & 27 when I completed it). I like to think that's the way it was meant to be for me, so that I could be the coach I am today. I started as an in-gym trainer, working 5am-8am & then 6pm-9pm each day (juggling co-parenting 2 young kids as a single mom amidst this). Although I loved the work, the hours were long & not family-friendly. I was often in a position to need to choose between supporting my kids financially or be there for them physically/emotionally. After a few years, I started to incorporate online coaching into my work. This was out of a new-found demand for online coaching services & also out of my desire to be more present for the important moments in the kid's lives e.g. special assemblies, sporting events, excursions & presentations. I continued the hybrid model of in-person & online for around 4 years. In 2019, I made the massive decision to transition completely online (I'd later come to be very grateful for that decision, during Covid 2020). It was a daunting thought to go all-in on something that could fail. But I've always been a risk-taker. I moved to Perth, taking Iron Maiden Fitness 100% online & I haven't looked back since. There's been moments, including very recently, where I've second-guessed my place in this industry. But I always come back to why I got here in the first place. I just love empowering people through movement, nutrition & education. I'm the biggest hype girl you'll ever meet. Helping you achieve things, is my greatest pleasure 🙏 Currently, I'm taking on clients for a January 8th start date. If you have some important goals & think you could use a Chia-squad in your life to help you get there, I'm your guy 😎 DM or apply in bio link 📩

If I had a dollar for every time someone said this... I'd have 40% of that total (after tax 😆).

Working towards a goal is important, but don't get so busy always looking ahead that you don't get an opportunity to appreciate the now 🩷
