Posing Practice Motivation Monday 💪🏻
Take as much content as you could when you’re at your best conditioning. You’ll never know when’s the next time you’re ever gonna be stepping up on stage.
This was a few weeks before my comps started. I wished I could’ve done more back last year on my leanest but the physical and mental stress took a toll on me. Next season I’d definitely push myself to record my posing practices more often.
But for sure this will be outdone by the next package I’m bringing in ~70 weeks out.
