Do you have bad posture? Adding external shoulder rotation exercises to your training routine can help! You don’t even need equipment to train this movement, but you can add resistance using any kind of band, a cable machine, or dumbbells. Needed to cook some potatoes and was craving taco bowls. Ended up a meal prep masterpiece 🥘 Recipe: A bunch of Yukon gold potatoes (cut and roasted with olive oil) 1lb lean ground beef cooked with Taco Seasoning Packet 1 green bell pepper, chopped Salsa Mexican Cheese blend 1 can seasoned black beans Divvy out and dump into 4-6 meal prep containers and enjoy 🙌

Don’t put too much stock in the weight that you use on a cable machine. It’s going to feel much different from using free weights because of pulleys—and there’s a huge difference from one cable machine to another. Just use the amount of weight you need to fatigue your muscles within the recommended rep range in your program. The most important thing is to approach muscle failure, regardless of the weight on the machine 💪🏻
