We help rise up others 💖💖 Empowerment Through Education, Inc is a 501 (c) (3)/509 (a)(2) charitable organization that I started in order to give scholarships to those looking to give their gifts to the world. As a nursing college student almost had to dropout in the middle of my junior year, not because of bad grades, but I was short $1000 of my tuition. I had maxed out all my resources including all the loans and my credit cards. I applied to every scholarship I could find, which I noticed many you had to only study a specific area so I didn’t qualify. At the last minute I was able to secure the funding and I knew at that moment I would pay it forward a 100 fold. Fast forward to 2019 where I created the first Empowerment through Education Scholarship. We are different in so many ways that it does not matter your passion, age, or background. We want to empower all to give their gifts to the world. I am so honored to be able to help so many achieve the path to their dreams and passion. I am absolutely honored to volunteer as co chair for the amazing organization of Cinderella Dress Day! It honestly brings me so much happiness to spend my free time getting dresses ready to go to amazing new homes that will be cherished and maybe them forwarded to another person who will again love it! Some people may say it is just a dress but honestly it is much more. I have seen smiles come from the light within when that moment comes, it is that inner beauty coming out to shine. So beyond excited to share this incredible organization of @petite_ally_queenofbags initiative. Many foster children come into the system with absolutely nothing or if they do their items may be just in a garbage bag. This organization has inspired me to get involved in my area providing 15 bags each containing a blanket, stuffed animal, socks, hygiene products, coloring book with crayons and a signed copy of my children’s book I wrote. I dropped these off and the foster care organization was so thrilled. I can’t wait to have another opportunity to do this again. Please consider doing this in your area as well. What a great evening watching the Miss Indiana organization scholarship pageant with the teen and miss winners- WOW! So many amazing young ladies!!! Just giving a life update. So my mom has been in and out of the hospital quite a bit the last few months and while she is doing the best she can, we have made the decision she needs some daily help and will be moving to assisted living. She has found a place she absolutely loves and has a new apartment. So we are in a rush to go through many things to downsize into her new apartment. I am sharing this for a couple of reasons, please keep my momma in your prayers. We are hoping this change in environment will be a big weight of her shoulders to get assistance she needs and sharing to also understand that I will be busy trying to help her as much as I can to get her moved as soon as possible. She is actually very excited and it is so awesome to see that joy in her! Thank you all for all your continued love and support 💗

Had a great match with my awesome partner Linda! We started off kind of slow but came back to loose in tie breaker 8-10. So the team lost but I tell you what, I am pretty proud of myself after not playing for two year and having my third match to be so close is awesome to me. I had a great time at the @bringit_pushit_ownit vegas theme fundraiser for their trip to empower girls in Africa! So amazing all their work and dedication to not only help local girls but to bring the mission internationally. 100 middle school girls gaining tangible tools on confidence, using their voice, and taking power on their future. YOU can still make a difference and help their cause even if you were not able to make it to the event.
