@wildfloradesignstudio celebrated 10 years of business this past week. A lot of actors I know work day jobs that they don’t exactly love, so I feel incredibly lucky to have landed in a place that more often than not makes my day substantially better.
When people ask what I do here, I don’t fully know how to answer- working at a small business is doing a million different little jobs and googling a lot when you don’t have answers. Some days I make surveys for the landscape side of things, other days I design new products for the floral shop. I’ve also worn the hat of delivery driver, photographer, IT troubleshooter, web designer, social media creator, article writer, painter, holiday logistics queen, and many others.
It’s been a wild ride and I’m so proud of how much this place has grown. And I also appreciate how much they’ve supported my acting goals. It’s not every job that celebrates each acting callback and booking with you.
So cheers to WildFlora! And here’s to continuing to work in a magical shop, sitting amongst beautiful people, plants, and flowers, until my acting career makes it impossible to do so.
And thank you 📷
@grantterzakis for popping by to get these lovely photos so I could put my camera down and celebrate.
