Very proud of this look we brought to Texas. This is 10 years in the making, but really I’m just getting started. 27 years old is just a baby in this sport - I’ve got another good 10 years left.
2024 will be my breakout year in the IFBB. I WILL be dangerous when I get on stage next show, and I’m coming for a win.
Time to push an off season and get pro level BIG.

Nothing beats the feeling of accomplishing everything you set out to do - standing on that stage knowing you left no stone unturned, no box unchecked.
I’ve been at this over a decade now, and it’s truly so fulfilling for me to look back on the years of grinding it out, giving my all to bodybuilding, and now finally seeing my work pay off in major ways.
Many dream of being at a high level in their chosen craft, but it’s the few that are willing to sacrifice, hustle, and grind to get there that actually make it.
I will always be one of the few with a relentless work ethic to become the best at what I do.

Back home from the guest posing in Houston yesterday and went straight to hit shoulders, posing, and some cardio. Loving where we are at right now. 👌🏼
Was holding some water due to travel and poor sleep but knocked out last night and woke up at a new prep low - 254.0 😳 we are pretty much there now. Last low day before we start to test peak. 😈

@christuttle.rd has me tracking right along 3 weeks out to the Chicago pro. We are in a great spot. Zero peaking done here just a normal day with 4 meals and 4L water in - going to be a great last 3 weeks.
Back home tomorrow to Fort Worth with @brittanyhutchinson_@bbarrow91@korielisabeth_ifbbpro to get back to cranking training and finishing strong!
