Happy to share this heartfelt review of my new EP on @eartothegroundmusic by Greg Jones. His thoughtful analysis of each track was so encouraging to read.
As a songwriter, you pour your heart into sharing something, hoping it resonates. To read that it did for Greg means so much. A huge thank you to him for his passion and dedication to discovering meaningful music!
If you have a minute, check out the full review at eartothegroundmusic.co (🔗 in stories) and let me know which song speaks to you. ♡

✨ Track 2: “See” ✨
Do we ever stop being afraid of the dark? 🙈 I think if we’re honest, the answer is no. Thoughts of sudden tragedy, pain, suffering, and loss provoke fear and discomfort, and we tend to shrink or push them away and believe if we can control our world enough, we won’t have to face them.
We might cope with it different ways, but I think this is just part of being human. As a “feelings” person, sometimes these fears can feel overwhelming. I wrote this song to remind my future self that I won’t be swallowed up by the fear, or any pain that may come. Because the Light that lives in me won’t let me be.
You can hear the rest of this song everywhere you stream music. Thanks for listening, y’all. ♡
Here’s the video for my new song, “One Breath” - available everywhere you stream music. I wrote this song about dealing with anxiety and overwhelming emotions by simply focusing on your breath and the present moment. Such a simple and helpful practice, and something I come back to all the time. Hope this one resonates with you.
Thanks for listening, y’all. ♡

👋🏼 Hey friends, my new EP is out now!
These are three songs I’ve had tucked away for a bit. They’re stripped down with my voice and acoustic guitar being the main players. I grouped them together because they’re all songs about making it through the dark, and that was a place I found myself not too long ago. They offered me hope during that time, and my only hope in sharing them is that they might do the same for you, too. ✨
Check them out wherever you stream music (link in bio). Thank you for taking the time to listen and for your ongoing support—it means the world. ♡
Special thanks to my long time music buddy, @briandouglasphillips who I recorded these with, and to @joecausey , who mastered them. 🙌🏼
