Our coach Alexandra left our gym for future plans✨ Coach Alexandra is unique! Even though she was already abroad, she came to the Swiss Championships 2024 🇨🇭 to support and celebrate with us! Gymnastics is a type of sport that includes physical exercises requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, artistry and endurance. You can capture that in pictures like this! As the mom of an athlete, I'm happy that the last qualification competition of the season is taking place today. Gymnastics is an emotional roller coaster for the whole family. So beautiful and yet so time consuming and exhausting!
