This post is for Brayden a boy down the street that asked if I can eat without taking pictures of my food. Well today we celebrated my birthday early and had a feast! Everything everyone brought was amazing. Homemade pickles, Broccoli Salad, Pasta Salad, Corn Salsa, Kelaguen, Mom’s Karioka and Lumpia, Potato Casserole, Jell-O Shots. I prepared a Smoked Carnitas on the @recteq_official and finished off on the @chargrillergrills Flat top, and Bulgogi Carne Asada. Also made (for the first time) Cilantro Lime Sauce and a Cilantro Lime Aioli. Other toppings included Home made Salsa from the neighbors, Kimchi (which were paired well with the Bulgogi). Thanks to all that came out and celebrated.
