Finding the time to workout as a mom of 2 can be difficult, but i always make sure to find the time because for me working out is not a want but a NEED!
As moms we hardly have any time for ourselves, our hobbies and just time to mentally reset. We are constantly pouring into others without pouring back into ourselves. For me, to show up for my kids as my best self I need to pour back into myself and I do that by working out!
Working out and playing volleyball has always been my mental escape, if i wasn’t on the court i was in the gym if i wasn’t in the gym i was on the court. After becoming a mom i found that working out and going to play was my way of pouring back into my own cup. It was something that i love, that i was doing for ME, that fueled ME.
So i will always find the time, i will always be discipline when it comes to working out because it helps me reset mentally, it fuels me, and it helps me show up as the best version of myself for my babies❤️ it is a NEED not a WANT
