There's very few people on this Earth that truly understand what this takes
To win both the PRS Finale match, and the National Championship and Golden Bullet is the accomplishment of a lifetime and I'm truly fortunate
It is very hard to verbalize what this accomplishment means to me, so I'm not going to try, but I've tagged those that made this possible for myself in some way

Match catch-up continues:
I committed to shooting @altusshooting@proofresearch series this year. They provide some awesome prizes and allow new shooters the opportunity to earn some solid barrels.
They are semi local to me @long_gunner and Mike, and the guys down there are first class. Facility is top notch, and I'm always able to catch-up with friends down there.
I was fortunate enough to go 2 for 2 with matches down there and top out for season points. I'll probably take a break and let @mike_pancake_1 get a few trophies now...

This one added a whole new meaning to '1st place looser'
@masterpiecearms Spring Shootout is always a go-to match for me. It's local and really embodies what a Southeastern PRS match should be.
I shot well day 2 and cleaned the last 8 stages but I had one too many mistakes day 1 to deserve the W outright.
Slade shot well, and him and I tied for 1st overall, gapping the field pretty significantly, but he had me on the tie breaker. It be like that
Fortunately, this is still 100 season points towards the national points race. 2 down, 1 to go.
This year has been busy to say the least so I'll be catching up on matches from this year
@frontlinedefense_range hosted the first match of the year for me and it was the first time I've shot up there. Very well kept facility with a unique cof.
After putting myself in a heavy deficit day 1, I was able to shoot strong and end up on top against some accomplished shooters. 1 down, 2 to go this year.
I was also fortunate enough to win the @sigsauer_usa pistol side stage, which was the highlight of the match for me. A special thanks to my pistol sponsor @precision_patty couldn't have done it without you.. and my deepest condolences to @jonpynch who was the runner up. You made this event so much more entertaining for me, love ya buddy❤️
Another adjustment to the local food chain
Been using this hunter chest rig from @armageddongear and I love it. Day or night time it's functional and the waxed canvas looks so sharp
I've had a few people inquire about gear selection and recommendations.
@precisionrifleseries filmed a great video where I go over a lot of the gear I use and why.
There is a lot of quality gear and companies out there, but I also cut a few corners with some more affordable options and some homemade stuff.

2023 AG Cup, day 3:

Winds were tricky and varible but at this point I had nothing to loose and was trying for stage wins.
I started with rolling 0.6L in the gun and from position to position, it changed slightly (let off down to 0.45 and then to 0.3 on the last pass) but the first plate was forgiving enough to give me all the information necessary and was good enough for the $1000 stage win.

Had to kick a couple rowdy locals off the farm before family time and tryptophan naps
I have so much to be thankful for

That caps off the regular PRS season
Last match of the year, there was alot at stake including AG and PRS season standings and IPRF team placement
Naturally, this competition was tough with 15/20 top shooters in the country present
I had a strong day 2 finish and ended up with the win. @n.toungate was behind be by two and secured 2nd place. Having a 1-2 finish at a 2day PRO Series match was something we've talked about for a while
Sitting in 2nd in the country overall for the AG Cup and 5th in the overall PRS Series by a narrow 1% margin puts me well within striking distance
North Carolina this weekend for gear check
