My July Winter Goals❄️🌷

Sleep Routine😴 Going to bed earlier and waking up with the sunrise, aiming for 7-9 hours of sleep.

Self-Care Sundays🛀 Dedicate time for taking a warm bath, reading a book, skin treatments etc and having the day off socials.

Maintain a Balanced Diet🥘 Getting in all my fruits and veg but also cutting out the bad. Lollies, chips, chocolate and fast foods.

Stay Active🕺 Its tough in Winter with shorter days and longer work hours. But at least 10K steps X3 times a week. 

Learn New Tools📱 Spend 15 mins a day learning a new productivity tool or software that can streamline my workflow.

Storytelling💕 Share one personal story or behind-the-scenes post each week to connect with people on a deeper level. #moreanjustabuttontheinternet 

Daily Compliment🥹 Give at least one genuine compliment to someone each day. Easy! Reflect and Adjust✨ At the end of each work day, reflect on what worked well and what didn’t, and make adjustments for the next day. What are some of yours?✍️

Day 1 - Dry July (Karina’s version) No sugar for the month of July begins TODAY! Why? My body low key hates me at the moment. I’ve been indulging in chips, lollies, chocolate, and biscuits, and as a result, I’m feeling uncomfortable, bloated, and gaining back my anxiety weight. I hate feeling uncomfortable in my own body, but I am the only one who can make the change. I really struggle with self-control. If I open a package of biscuits, I WILL eat the whole packet. I can never just have one or two. And if I do have just one, my mind won’t let me forget about the rest in the fridge. So it’s time for a cleanse for my body and a reminder for my mind that I do have control over this🥲 Can you relate?

Reasons I thought I couldn’t read a book - 📕 Short attention span. Distracted easily. 📗 No time, too busy. 📘 Never read a story book before, why start now? 📙 Sounds silly, I won’t get into it. LOOOL. I was so wrong about myself. Not only am I enjoying the fantasy journey but it’s actually helping with my anxiety. It’s giving me permission to slow down, switch off and dive into a distraction. And I can look cute doing it ☺️🌷
